Jo is a seasoned change and project manager dedicated to empowering organisations. With over 25 years of experience in leadership and management roles, Jo has collaborated with a diverse range of entities, from small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to large multinational corporations.
Her expertise encompasses Change Management, Project Management and Business Improvement, among other critical areas.

Trained and qualified in the UK, Jo brings a wealth of knowledge from her work in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, spanning both public and private sectors,serving in-house and as an external consultant.
